Welcome to The Sewer Guys, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, website, or scheduling a service appointment, you ("customer," "client," or "property owner") agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Disclaimer

The Sewer Guys, LLC will not be responsible for any damage to the plumbing system, pipes, drain and sewer lines, or the structure and its contents where work is being performed. Damage may occur if:

• A drain snake leaves the pipe or moves in the wrong direction.

• A sewer or drain cleaning cable becomes lodged in the line.

If a cable becomes stuck, the customer is fully responsible for the cost of removal and any additional repairs needed.

2. Worksite Conditions & Cleanliness

Sewer and drain cleaning is a dirty process, and while we take care to minimize mess, it may not always be avoidable. Customers acknowledge the possibility of:

• Drips, splashes, or flooding of dirty material.

• Dirt, debris, and waste transfer when moving equipment.

The Sewer Guys, LLC is not liable for any resulting mess or cleanup.

3. Liability for Plumbing Fixtures & Property Damage

We are not responsible for any breakage of:

• Toilets, P-traps, or other plumbing fixtures during the cleaning process.

• Piping damage caused by aging infrastructure, grease buildup, sewage, or past improper repairs.

• Incidental damages, including but not limited to:

  • Ceilings, walls, and insulation.

  • Flooring, carpets, cabinets, and countertops.

  • Paint, stain, wallpaper, or wall coverings.

Wisconsin Plumbing Regulations apply; refer to Wisconsin Statutes for further details.

4. Equipment Responsibility

In the event that The Sewer Guys, LLC’s equipment (such as a drain snake or video inspection camera) becomes lodgedin a drainage system, the property owner is responsible for:

• Retrieving the equipment or covering all removal costs.

• Any required plumbing/drainage repairs.

• If the equipment is not retrieved within five (5) business days, the customer will be charged the full cost of replacing the equipment.

5. Drain Cleaning Warranty & Limitations

• No Guarantee Without Camera Inspection: Drain cleaning services do not carry a guarantee or warranty unless a camera inspection is performed to verify that the drain is completely free of debris or structural issues.

• 30-Day Limited Warranty: We offer a 30-day limited warranty on drain cleaning services. This warranty is void if:

  • Foreign objects are found in the drain (e.g., "flushable" wipes, tampons, toys, grease, excessive paper products).

  • The blockage is due to collapsed pipes, root intrusion, or pre-existing structural damage.

  • The drain is used improperly after cleaning.

6. Payment & Service Fees

• Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• A service call fee may be applicable if no work is performed due to inaccessible lines, improper plumbing, or customer cancellation after arrival.

• Any unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts and legal action.

7. Modifications & Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
